Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training with Heide Grace
Winter TEACHER TRAINING continues in January 2026
Interested in becoming an Iyengar Yoga Certified teacher? The journey is beginning. This is a 3 to 4 year endeavor. Iyengar Yoga is an Internationally recognized certification process. It is rigorous and thorough. Zero people end up an Iyengar Instructor accidentally. By the end of this process you will be ready to pass a regional Board of Assessors assessment. We grow stronger when we work together. We will methodically move through the Teacher in Training syllubus. Classes will meet during the weekends. If you are interested in joining the ongoing Teacher in Training you are welcome. Please call Heide 504-427-7993 or come to a class and ask.

Fri 6:00-8:00pm $90
Sat 10:00-1:00pm $135
Sat 4:00-6:00pm $90
Sun 8:00-10:00am $90
It is best to attend all classes as they build sequentially. We will meet every 5 months. Early registration discount $375 by JAN 6TH
Teacher training in this method involves study of Yoga texts, physical practice, and teaching skills. It's an exciting journey. Please speak with me if you have questions or would like more information and would like to register.

Bring a mat if you have one because Covid is still a thing. Come a few mins early to get settled. Wear clothes that allow you to move freely.
